I strongly advise you to avoid this company. I ordered a photobook on 3rd December, bearing in mind the promised delivery times of 5-10 days. When I queried the delay, I was informed that it would be dispatched on 11th December. It wasn't. By today, Wednesday 18th December, there was no sign of the book having been dispatched. After a one hour wait to access online chat, they have admitted that they cannot supply before Christmas. I have cancelled and await a refund. The company appears to be in some sort of meltdown. AVOID.
